◇ 주제 : Searching for New Physics by Electric Dipole Moments

◇ 초록 : Permanent electric dipole moments (EDMs) of elementary particles and atoms indicate violation of parity (P) symmetry and time-reversal (T) invariance. Many extensions of the Standard Model of particle physics predict substantial P and T violation, which should manifest as non-zero EDMs. In this talk, I will discuss how future high-precision EDM measurements can probe a variety of new physics scenarios beyond the Standard Model, each characterized by distinctive patterns in EDM ratios.
